Leadframes are multipurpose semiconductor packaging materials. PHPC supplies leadframes of various designs used for manufacturing of semiconductor devices like Integrated Circuit (IC), Transistor (TRs), opto or photo coupler (OPT) and Lead On Chip (LOC) packages. PHCP is equipped with high precision stamping machines that are able to transform copper alloy strips materials into complicated and precise lead frame and the first in the Philippines to manufacture STAMPED QFN LEAD FRAME. Its business performance steadily continues to improve as it grows into its role as a pivotal base for the leadframe business particularly in Philippine market.
