Generators
The capacity of Hitachi’s generators range from 250 KVA to 1,540,000 KVA. They are available in various types to suit your different needs: air cooled, hydrogen cooled, water cooled: 2 pole and 4 pole generators. Hitachi’s generators also offer a host of benefits such as high-efficiency, high-grade insulation, low-noise level and easy maintenance.
Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
Heat Recovery Steam Generator System (HRSG) is an important part of combined cycle power generation plants. They are being regarded for their high power generation efficiency and environmental friendliness enabled by reduced emission of CO2 in the 21st century. We are pursuing the adoption of once-through type HRSG as well. HRSG generates steam by the use of exhaust heat from gas turbine and feed it to steam turbine. We offer HRSG of various capacities to suit the size of a given gas turbine. Customers can also select from our wide variety of models from regular gas turbines (combustion gas temperature of 1300 ºC) up to the latest 1500ºC gas turbines, a vertical or horizontal HRSG depending on the space available. Our HRSGs are known for their compact sizes, shorter installation period realized by modular construction method, high quality manufacturing and low-emission technologies.

Packaged Type Boiler
Responding to the needs of the Asian and other countries of the world for an environmentally friendly and reasonably priced small and medium sized steam boiler, we manufacture Boiler pressure & non-pressure parts, pressure vessels & complete set of packaged type boilers of steam generation capacities up to 300 t/h. These packaged boilers are substantially standardized based on our extensive experience and know-how acquired through the years; very efficient and reliable assuring years of trouble-free operations and are suitable for a wide range of application from power generation to process application in various factories.
Power Boilers
Babcock–Hitachi K.K. has been supplying power boilers and their associated equipments for almost 50 years. The total number of plants which are equal to or more than 75MW has reached 191, this is equivalent to approximately 60,000 MW of plant output.
